I was a real beginner. Very skinny!
And it truly reminds me of my first years of training and how motivated I was.
I improved very fast but I still had a stagnation period, and looking back - I know why.
Like me, you might be going through the same stagnation phases.
My goal is to make you progress fast without the mistakes I have made as a skinny person.
Seeing you make an epic transformation starting from nothing is a huge motivation for me, as much as it certainly is for you!
There is nothing more exciting than seeing you save time and having your family, friends or gym buddies telling you they can’t believe how much you’ve improved.

If you are a student or a professional in this situation and despite a busy schedule want to:
Writing this text, It all seems more simple now with years behind me. But I do not forget my first steps into my fitness journey:
Most of us start the gym from insecurities -I did so. Being skinny has its downside and as a teenager I just remember it felt like:
🔴 Being an easy target
🔴 Being easily picked on
🔴 Probably thinking some girls would probably be stronger than me when starting the gym
Gladly when growing up this is something which does not matter anymore, and the gym is not the solution to heal all these insecurities - but it does help for a lot of them and can be a huge contribution to a positive life.
Attacking this discipline with the right mindset and bringing the gym to your life as a positive contribution is a great approach which I effortlessly bring to the table in my coaching.
I also went through stagnation... struggling to find the right information.
There’s nothing worse than coming to the gym regularly and see no results. If you are struggling with these main questions just like I did, then you're not alone:
⚫ Why do I see all these people with incredible shapes claim completely different methods?
⚫ Why do I still stagnate despite giving efforts?
⚫ I've lifted for months, yet people who are just starting out are already stronger than me. Why?
⚫ Do I just have bad genetics?
⚫ How many reps do I actually have to do? People advice 6-8/10-12, then you see them on video do 3,4, 11,14,16,17 - it does not make sense.
⚫ Why is there so much information?
Such a headache when you just simply want to improve… But there are reasons for that
Why is this so hard to find what works?
The fitness industry is not honest: drugs, unexperienced PTs and hard-marketers have destroyed the Industry. Internet and social media have made it worse.
You can easily get stuck listening to the “best guys” online or at the gym with great physiques - the ones with a PhD background, a 150kg bench-press with 500k followers...
Today I can comfortably say most of them do not know more than the average Joe. They are mostly good marketers and tell us what we want to hear.
It could be compared to people who like to rent Ferraris and want to sell you financial freedom programs and pretend to have it all, when in fact - part of it is fake.
This is even more true with half of the athletes in the fitness industry using performance enhancing drugs… Great shapes but usually a lack of knowledge...
I could talk a lot more about these things but I already do so in my blog.
These factors are basically highly helping misinformation spread on social media platforms (which we often use)!
There are also a lot of repackaged concepts seen as miracle solutions which are not.
Then it’s a circle, giving bad advice leads to stagnation - but worst - I’ve seen stagnation lead people to use performance enhancing drugs...
If you have thought of doing so, or you simply find yourself stagnating...please don't! This is never the solution.
Time is precious
There is not much to like about the fitness industry these days...because it’s affecting a lot of people in a negative way like me in the past, and perhaps you!
When you already have to take care of your job, family - it's tough to go to the gym daily only to get little to no results.
How to escape this whole system?
The good thing once you have worked hard is that you can then decide to maintain the physique you like.
Building muscle is hard but maintaining it is not as hard. It still requires work of course, but less.
Who is this for?
Dedicating 100% of my energy to get you the fastest results possible is my top priority.
But working with people ready to give it a 100% on their side is also important.
I can’t work with dozens of people if I want to provide top-service. Therefore, making sure you’re ready is important!
Let me be reassuring, working hard becomes easier once you get results. Most people who give up just don’t get results - but once you have them, you are hooked!
So if you are really motivated but researching the right information has now taken too much of your time or/and your training does not reward you - don’t waste any more time and see what you get as a whole in my process.
